We’re excited to invite clients and members to the inaugural Select Health Book Club, hosted by our Wellness team

This time, we will be reading "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. Take some time to read or listen to this book before June 12th! We will gather to discuss themes, what you liked or disliked about the book, and any successes you may have experienced while implementing the skills presented. You can access copies of this book in paper, digital, and audio forms through your local library, or you can purchase the book on your own.
