Individual
Helpful reports available in Select Health Link
Managing your book of business is easy using the reports available in Select Health Link. Your book of business can be accessed at any time by navigating to the ‘Individual’ drop down menu and clicking on the purple ‘Download Book’ button. To get the most up-to-date information, enter the current date as the effective date before downloading the excel spreadsheet.
The ‘Marketplace Awaiting Binder Payment’ report and the ‘Non-Payment’ report can be very helpful as well. The Marketplace Awaiting Binder Payment report will show the effective date of the plan and whether or not the plan has been effectuated. This information is subject to change based on updates from the exchange. The Non-Payment report will show a list of your individuals or groups that have not paid their premium. It will also show when the last payment was made. These reports can be found under the Agent Tools dropdown menu. It is recommended that you access these reports often, the information is frequently updating.

Large Employer
Onsite flu shot clinics for no additional cost
Select Health offers onsite flu shot clinics at no additional cost for employer groups.
In addition to flu shots, the following vaccines can be requested. These vaccines will be billed through insurance:
- Tdap (tetanus, diptheria, pertussis)
- Shingles
- Pneumonia
Clinic Schedule
Clinics are available from mid-September through mid-November.
How to request a clinic
Utah-based groups:
This year, we are partnering with Associated Food Stores (Harmon’s, Lee’s, Cecils) and Community Nursing Services. To request a clinic, groups should use the Select Health online request form—not a direct request form from our partners.
The Select Health request form will be available in early June, and we will share the link and instructions with groups as soon as it’s ready.
Idaho-based groups:
For Idaho, we are partnering with Albertson’s. The process will differ slightly from Utah, and those details will be sent directly to the Idaho sales team for them to communicate to groups.
Who is eligible
- Select Health members and their dependents age 18 and older
- Children and employees covered under another carrier (upon request)—these vaccines will be billed through insurance
