The Roll Over plan benefit can increase your annual maximum and the amount your plan pays for basic and major services over time. There are three benefit levels. To move to the next level for the following year, complete two preventive visits and keep your covered dental expenses below $1,000. If you do not meet both requirements, your benefits return to the previous level.
