NovumHealth: Connecting Utah Members to Behavioral Health Support
Behavioral health and substance use challenges can feel overwhelming to members, but help is available. Select Health provides NovumHealth to make it easier for Utah members to access the care they need, at no additional cost.
What NovumHealth Provides:
NovumHealth acts as an extension of the care team, offering personalized guidance and connecting members to local resources. Services include:
- Immediate access to care options to address member needs in real time
- Access to a dedicated care coordinator who can support specific needs and goals
- Assistance with hospital navigation, discharge planning, and hopsital/facility-to-home transitions
- Access to additional treatment and resources to facilitate member behavioral healthcare needs

Encourage your clients to call 801-669-8176, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. MST, to schedule an appointment or learn more.

Eligible Utah Plans:
Individual & Family, Large Employer, Small Employer, Medicare, FEHB, CHIP, and Medicaid (Integrated)*
*Not available for Medicaid (Legacy), D-SNP, self-funded, or level-funded plans.
