Urgent Care

Urgent care is used for immediate medical treatment of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. With Select Health, you can access urgent care clinics and virtual services for things like colds, the flu, fevers, allergic reactions, or broken bones. In other words, you can get the care you need when you need it—even outside of normal doctor or clinic hours.

Emergencies

Call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department for any serious or life-threatening medical condition. Symptoms that often require emergency care include: 

• Serious broken bones or trauma
• Head injury with loss of consciousness
• Difficulty breathing or coughing blood
• Possible heart attack
• Bleeding that will not stop
