This year, we are excited to offer both familiar materials that you've come to rely on, as well as some new resources designed to enhance your ability to serve your clients. Here’s a preview of what you can expect:

The Enrollment Guide continues to be a comprehensive resource that provides detailed information on the plans and benefits available in each area. This guide will help you navigate through the various options, ensuring that you can confidently advise your clients on the best choices to meet their healthcare needs.
Plan Comparison Tool
This tool offers a high-level overview of benefit details and allows you to quickly compare Select Health Medicare plans side by side. Whether you're working with a long-time client or someone new to Medicare, this tool will be a valuable asset in making the comparison process seamless and efficient.

We encourage you to keep an eye out for these updates so you can place your orders and be fully prepared for the sales season ahead.
Recycle Old Materials
We recommend recycling or properly disposing of any outdated materials you may have, as these are no longer compliant with current standards.
Preparing for the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) Mailing
We will mail Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) documents to all current Select Health Medicare members by September 30, 2025.
The ANOC outlines any changes to their plan for the upcoming year, including premiums, copays, drug coverage, and benefits.
What to Know:
- Members may start receiving their ANOC packets in late September.
- ANOCs help members understand how their current plan is changing for 2025.
- This mailing can prompt questions—be ready to assist clients as needed.
You cannot begin discussing 2026 plan options and collecting Scopes of Appointment until October 1, 2025.
Questions?
If your clients have questions about their ANOC or don’t receive it, they can call Member Services at 855-442-9900 (TTY 711). You can also call the Medicare Advantage Agent Support (MAAS) line at 801-442-7320 or email MAAS@selecthealth.org.
