Member ID Card Update
We want to keep you informed about recent updates regarding member ID cards. We recently issued updated group and pharmacy ID cards. During this process, a small number of incorrect cards were distributed. At this time, all affected members have been identified and sent corrected cards.
Colorado ID cards have been delayed but are in the process of being mailed.
View a copy of the member’s ID card in Select Health Link. Members can view a digital version of the card in their member account at selecthealth.org.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

- Use the search box to look up a specific individual.
- To pull a complete book of business report, click Search or Download Book to export the report into an Excel Spreadsheet.
