ID Cards
2026 ID Cards will be mailed on or around December 19, 2025. Please confirm your client’s mailing address is accurate to avoid delays. If there are no benefit changes, members can continue using their current 2025 ID card and will not receive a new one.
Short-Term Limited Duration Plans Update
Idaho:
Short-Term Limited-Duration (STLD) plans for 2026 have been delayed. We expect these plans to be available by early spring. In the meantime, our existing 2025 STLD plans with a 90-day coverage period remain available through December 30, 2025.
Utah:
2026 Short-Term Limited-Duration plans are available and offer coverage for up to 12 months. These plans provide temporary health coverage for accidents and illnesses and may be an ideal solution for individuals who are between jobs, waiting for coverage, those who missed open enrollment, or seasonal workers.
Important Details:
- STLD plans do not cover prescription drugs in Utah, preventive care, mental health, maternity, or pre-existing conditions.
- Commission on STLD is 20% of premium.
- Benefit details are available in Select Health Link under Agent Resources.
How to Get a Quote:
Quoting is now available in Link. To access quoting services, follow these instructions:
- From the top ribbon, open the Individual dropdown and select Get a Quote.
- Enter your client’s ZIP code, then select Shop Non-Marketplace Plans.
- Enter the policyholder details, then click Select next to Short-Term Limited-Duration Plans.
- Enter the effective date, choose Medical Plan, and complete the quote or enrollment.

Please remember: We do not accept Agent of Record information sent by the Marketplace if a different agent was previously associated with the policy.
To make any changes, an official Agent of Record letter must be submitted through Link. AORs for state-based exchanges must be processed through the respective state exchange.

- Access discount cards and coupons directly through their member account
If a savings opportunity is identified, Rx Savings Solutions will coordinate with the member’s prescriber and pharmacy to update the prescription as appropriate.
