Check to see if your doctor is in-network. Once you've established a primary care doctor, schedule and appointment for an annual well visit.
Member Resources
Save the Member Services phone number, (855-442-3234). If you finds yourself asking who to call, what programs are available, or what is covered under your Medicaid plan they will answer all your questions.
Review/download the Medicaid member Handbook. It contains all the information you will need to know about your new plan.
Parents & Legal Guardians
Get setup as a personal representative. If your child is 17 or younger, or is mentally incapable of making their own decisions, please contact Select Health Member Services at 855-442-3234 to begin the process. Privacy is important to us. We will need to verify that you are who you say you are before we can give you information. This is to ensure the protection of the child's information and is in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
