Special Enrollment Periods (SEP)

As you work with your clients during Special Enrollment Periods, please reference CMS guidelines as you navigate client needs and circumstances. When in doubt, contact the FFM or state marketplace for direction.

Select Health Health Promotion and Wellness Offerings

Wellness Survey

During the second week of June 2023, Large Employers and Small Employers with at least 30 members will receive a short survey. Please encourage them to take 3-5 minutes to provide feedback and learn about available Select Health wellness offerings.

Expanded On-Site Wellness Services

  • Health Fairs. Onsite screenings provided with educational follow-up and resource sharing. Minimum participation is dependent on group size.
  • Wellness Presentations. Offered in-person, virtual, or hybrid. Minimum participation is 15.
  • Wellness Consulting. Select Health wellness consultants provide support to employer groups as they work to create and enhance a culture of wellbeing for their employees. This can be done virtually or on-site.

Agents will be included in the invitation when groups choose to have wellness services. These events are a great way to interact with groups and their employees.

Wellness Rewards

Gym membership and physical activity rewards are available to Utah and Nevada members on Small Employer, Association, and Individual plans. Idaho members are eligible on Large Employer, Small Employer, Association, and Individual plans.

Members in Nevada on Small Employer and Individual plans can get rewarded for receiving certain health screenings and immunizations. To redeem rewards, members can use the same platform as the Gym Membership and Physical Activity Rewards programs. No action is required by the member to report these rewardable events.

Small Employer Group Email Addresses

We will be sending a monthly communication educating our Small Employer groups on topics that are important to them. These include wellness, value-added benefits, premium payments, tips for lowering out-of-pocket costs, and ways to access care.

To enable these requested communications, we challenge you to collect an email address for each group you work with. This will allow us to reach more of your clients and better address their needs.
