The Select Health Awards Idaho recognizes organizations that build strong communities and help those in need by awarding $5,000. We support organizations that:

• Improve mental well-being
• Improve chronic and avoidable health outcomes
• Address social determinants of health

We are not currently accepting applications. We will begin accepting applications for the 2024 Idaho Select Health Awards in early 2024.
