• Prescription Drug Lists

A prescription drug list, also known as a formulary, is a list of your covered prescription drugs. Refer to your ID Card or member materials to determine which drug list applies to your plan.

To easily see the drugs covered by your plan, create a My Health account and log in. In My Health you can view a searchable list of your covered drugs.

If you don’t have a My Health account, you can access searchable versions of our prescription drug lists below—just be sure you choose the correct list to search.

If you purchase individual health coverage for yourself or your family, RxCore is your formulary. Use the RxCore link below to view your covered drugs.

RxSelect (with four tiers of coverage)

If you get health insurance through your employer, your drug list is RxSelect. There are two versions of RxSelect: one with four tiers of coverage and one with three tiers. In almost all cases you will have the four-tier RxSelect version. If you do, use the RxSelect (with four tiers) link below to view your covered drugs.

RxSelect (with three tiers of coverage)

Some members who get health insurance through their employer use the version of RxSelect with three tiers of coverage. To confirm whether you have RxSelect with three tiers of coverage, call Member Services at 800-538-5038, then use the RxSelect (with three tiers) link below.
