Homemade Strawberry Kiwi Electrolyte Drink

If you’re fairly active or have active kiddos at home, make this all-natural drink to replace electrolytes you’ll need after exercising.

Strawberry Kiwi Electrolyte drink recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients

2 cups pure coconut water

1/8 tsp. Himalayan sea salt (or sea salt)

½ tbsp. real lime juice (about half a lime)

4 frozen strawberries, green stems removed

½ small kiwi, peeled

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until liquefied. Store in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Note: If you have kids in sports, you might want to double or triple the recipe. There will likely be some strawberry and kiwi seeds that will settle to the bottom of the glass—drink or discard.
