Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Make this breakfast at night and you’ve got a healthy grab-and-go breakfast the next morning.

Prep time: 10 to 12 minutes 

Servings: 1 

Serving size: 1 Mason jar   

 

Ingredients

¼ cup old-fashioned oats

1/3 cup low or nonfat milk

¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

½ medium banana, sliced

½ cup blueberries or strawberries

1 tbsp. pecans or walnuts, chopped

1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)  

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a small mason jar; cover with lid.
  2. Shake and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Enjoy the next day.
