Blueberry Banana Granola Parfait

Get your protein, probiotics, calcium, and antioxidants (thanks, blueberries) in this simple parfait made with Greek yogurt.

Makes 2 cups

Serves 1   

Ingredients

½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

½ cup fresh blueberries

½ medium banana, sliced

½ cup vanilla almond granola  

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, layer Greek yogurt, blueberries, and bananas.

2. Top with granola and enjoy.   

Nutrition Facts (per serving): Calories: 390; Carbohydrates: 58; Fat: 11 grams; Protein: 19 grams; Sodium: 55 mg
