Get Started with Our New Online Payment System

We improved our online payment system. Here’s how our Individual and Medicare members can pay their premium quickly and easily.

Get used to our easy, hassle-free Online Bill Pay. It only takes a few minutes to get started, and future payments will be so quick, you might even find yourself smiling.

If you haven’t done so already, you’ll need to register for a My Health account. You’ll find lots of other useful information there, too. Like coverage and claims information and access to ID cards. Watch a short tutorial to set up your account.

Once you have a My Health account, you’re ready to set up automatic or one-time payments with Online Bill Pay. Here’s how:

Step 1: Log in to your My Health account and click the SelectHealth logo at the top of the page.

Step 2: Click “My Premiums” to access Online Bill Pay.

Step 3: Click “My Wallet” to add your credit or debit card information.

Step 4: Select “Automatic Payments” to set up auto pay or select “Pay Now” to make a one-time payment. Run into a snag? If you’re having any issues navigating the new system, or if you’d like to make a payment over the phone, please give us a call so we can help. Reach us at 844-442-4106, weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
