Tropical Turmeric Smoothie

Sail away to the tropics with this smoothie that pairs pineapple, banana, and turmeric—a spice well-known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Tropical Tumeric Smoothie healthy recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serves 2


1 cup coconut milk

½ cup frozen pineapple

1 fresh banana

1 tbsp. coconut oil

½ tsp. turmeric

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. ginger

1 tsp. chia seeds


Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
