Fresh Peaches Give Summertime Salsa a New Sweet and Spicy Twist!

Yield:

4 cups or 16 ¼ cup servings

2 cups ripe, but still firm peaches, diced (2-3 depending on size) 20 peaches1 cup tomato, diced (1 to 2 depending on size)  ¼ to 1 jalapeño pepper, minced1 large red Fresno pepper, minced½ cup yellow or orange bell or sweet peppers, diced 
½ cup red onion, finely diced
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, choppedjuice of 1 lime1 to 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced1½ tbsp. raw or brown sugar1/8 tsp salt or to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients together and serve or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Salsa will keep several days in the refrigerator.
