Select Health commercial plans (non-Medicare/Medicaid/CHIP) offer several medical networks that provide access across the country. Your primary network is listed on the front of your ID card. You may also have access to other networks depending on your plan—they will be listed on the back of your card.

UnitedHealthcare Options PPO
Beginning January 1, 2021, Select Health members may have access to the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network.
Before searching this network, make sure your plan includes in-network benefits through the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO when outside of Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. If your plan includes this network, your ID card will either have the logo on the front or include the language “plus out-of-network access.”
If your ID card does not have either the logo or this language on the front, you only have access to this network for emergencies when traveling outside Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.
When searching this network, it may populate providers in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. However, Select Health members do not have in-network access to providers on UnitedHealthcare Options PPO in these three states. Members should use the appropriate local Select Health network in these states. . Those networks are listed on the back of your ID card.
