    No after hours coverage!

    I called the pharmacy to get my prescription refilled and found out that I didn't have anymore refills. They reached out to the clinic. After 4 business days and my prescription still not being refilled, I called the clinic. I was told that the person who does the prescription refills had been out of the office. He told me he would work in it right away and I would be reached back out to to let me know if/when it had been refilled and that if I needed to come back into the clinic they would let me know. Two days later I called the pharmacy and they said my prescription was ready. After I picked it up, I realized there was no other refills. I called the clinic to find out what I needed to do since it was only a 30 day supply. I was told I needed to come in to see the provider so she could evaluate if the medication was working. This was just fine and I was able to make an appointment easily. I just wish there was proactive communication about me needed to return to the clinic. If I hadn't have noticed I didn't have another refill I could have been stuck trying to get in and be seen after my medications ran out. However, overall I am still happy with the clinic [...].

    I answered the same questions on three written forms and then answered them again while the MA or NP entered them in the computer. Waste. I also waited 45 minutes for my lab @ the OP lab @ EMC.

    Seemed more concerned about what she wanted to do during appointment rather than what I needed/wanted - it felt like nothing I needed was accomplished & I wasted my time. I left w/no solutions, help, etc.

    I wish all care providers were as thorough and thoughtful as Karen. She has always been thorough each time I have seen her.

    Karen took my concerns seriously. She told me what she was going to do before she did it and she contacted a pharmacist to make sure my home medications wouldn't interfere with my new meds.

    I had a hard time getting an appt. here last time I was sick but it was very easy to get an appt. this time. I love using the employee clinic if I'm sick - it's very conveient.
