Dr spent a considerable amount of time telling me my options for surgery and gave me realistic expectations of outcome. She also provided some lifestyle changes that could Improve the likelihood of having a successful outcome for a difficult operation.

    Experienced on May 03, 2019

Entire visit was better than expected and overall examination was detailed to the point that I felt my concerns were understood and the best treatment was recommend. I went to the office VERY nervous about the operation but left feeling good about the operation and felt like I was given a realistic expectation of the outcome and what I could do to before and after surgery to improve the likelihood of a successful outcome.

    Experienced on Jan 13, 2019

After waiting 2 months for appointment (not close to home), I arrived at the office for my appointment just to be told the doctor was working from another office that day. I was NOT contacted about the change. It was very frustrating & stressful to rush to another location to try & keep appointment. Also, medical student shadowed Dr. Vargas & made my already difficult, embarrassing situation worse.
