I was disappointed that I had to wait so long to see the Dr., as I had the first appointment of the day. She apparently saw another patient before me.

Frustrating to leave without the help we had hoped for.

    Experienced on Mar 05, 2019

It was a little frustrating. We'd been to several providers who recommended a pediatric dermatologist as they all agreed it was something more than eczema. Nurse took all the info from us and the doctor came in with a diagnosis before even looking at the issue and listening to us. She said the nurse had caught her up on the situation in the hall. We left with two prescriptions, one of which we've already tried and had no success. I really feel like there was more going on with my daughter that the provider didn't acknowledge, so it felt like a wast of time and resources.
