Pretty much everyone except the physician was great and jovial. I enjoyed my interactions with the nurse and people at the desk. [...]

Things got taken care of, but I wasn't impressed with the doctor and then the pharmacy didn't have the prescription I needed. So it was a long frustrating process. Everyone was very nice though.

my experience was overall very good I needed to see a doctor they didn't need to go to an emergency Ward my doctor was unavailable I bet this doctor was there and he met with me answered my concerns up to this point I think he was a great doctor by the way.

First, the staff was having a conversation about something? The assistant and started taking my blood pressure then walked away, I kind of thought I was going to lose an arm! I had scheduled a preventative as I have been having some health concerns. The provider asked me a few questions and didnt really look into anything I said. I was not given a full preventative exam [...] what I wanted was a full examination. The provider seemed distracted and rushed, like he would rather be doing anything else.

good experience. wish the doctor would have went to better depth about my diagnosis.

I came in with a problem that I still have and have had in the past. I am still sick. I felt that the doctor just was ready to move on to other patients and did not give the attention to my illness that I was hoping he would. I left feeling very frustrated. [...] I just want to take care of the problem now, not later when it gets worse.

Spencer was kind and courteous to [...]. Since she turned 18, the office staff helped her setup her app, and gave paperwork so I could still get information. They understood her autism makes it hard to verbalize when stressed. Only question is shes on meds for anxiety and she checked her records which dont mention anxiety but depression so now shes freaked out.

I had a great experience this time but the times that I go just to get a testosterone shot without seeing the dr the wait times are terrible , waited for 1 hour just for a testosterone shot and then at time I would see people that got there after me be seen for their shot before. very frustrating.

Did not feel well at all and I was treated with respect and caring. Everyone was upbeat and made it very easy on me.

This was the first time seeing this provider for a physical. He wasn't very thorough. Only took cholesterol.

There is not another "Dr No" like Dr Spencer. He is a real hero. He can educate his peers with the care of patients that take the break from opioids. He should be commended.

I'm very happy with doctor and how I was treated.

they worked well together. when doctor left the nurse was right there to give me shots and take blood. no delays.

I just wish when blood was taken for the panel that A1C was checked too. I got a call today that I need to go back to have a finger prick done to check that for the last 3 months. a whole vial of blood was taken so I think that A1C should have been checked at that time instead of "Glucose level was high so he wants you to come back and get a finger prick taken"... It just doesn't make sense to me. I keep getting kidney infections that have put me in the ER. The urologist I see told me to get checked for diabetes, hadn't been checked for 2 years and when I go in to do that a whole vial of blood is taken and the one test I needed done isn't done. Plus I saw my BUN level was low which apparently indicated a possibility of kidney or liver failure which kidneys had been the issue and that wasn't addressed either. I love my doctor, I just don't understand is all.

Dr. Spencer is as good a primary care physician I have ever been to.
