Dr. Ross was well prepared for my visit. He had studied my medical history and zeroed right into my problem and treatment. It was my first visit yet he knew me well and was interested in my well being. I appreciated the way he helped me understand the cause and the program to improve my illness. I would definitely send my family and friends to him.

Dr. Ross had some new ideas to help me sleep & luckily I'm responding well. He had to research and return to our apt to choose the medication for me to try. I felt safe trying a new medication because he treated it seriously.

Dr. said the same things he said last visit and didn't seem aware of our current care - told us he would change air flow. Last appt. - didn't remember that he did and couldn't confirm whether it was or not - said he would confer w/another dr. and get back - hasn't - not sure why we see him.

Receptionist on that day did her job, but seemed a little angry. Maybe just having a bad day. Dr. Ross was very good in all aspects of the visit. He came into the room with my chart in his hand . He had read it and knew my sleep history and was prepared to discuss my situation. Very impressed with him.
