Dr. Richards is one of the few surgeons in the country that corrects MALS. This was an excellent appointment - I am grateful that he spent so much time explained his technique, recovery, and healing.

Dr. Richards explained everything very well and even used illustrations of anatomy to make sure I understood. He was calm, informed and kind.

    Very efficient and punctual office.

Dr. Nathan Richards is an internal member of my health care team. He manages a complex, challenging disease process with a manner that assures me. I am provided the best possible care. He is compassionate and caring and I feel very fortunate that Dr. Richards is caring for me. He has seen me through very difficult circumstances of my illness - giving me hope to stay strong, while never "sugar coating" or evading the seriousness of my medical condition. I wish all my providers were able to care for me as well as the care I receive from Dr. Richards.

    Experienced on Mar 06, 2019

I had seen several doctors and specialists before I met with Dr. Richards and he was, by far, the best at listening to me, explaining the issue, and answering my questions.

    very pleasant experience.

The only comment I have is an hour wait time in office for a 10-minute doctor visit.

the physician and staff were very professional.

Trying to get answers about my CT scan is very frustrating. I still haven't heard anything and I'm still in tremendous pain. I have called three times and everytime they say we will call you back. I think I need to find a different provider.

Dr. Richards took the time to hear about my pain. He took time with me when no one else would. Surgery skills were exquisite.

    Experienced on Mar 02, 2018

During visit, he indicated one plan of action, following tests, plan was not discussed again, leaving me with no explanation or plans to correct problem.
