Everything until the doctor came was fine. Wait time is always long - But, the doctor asked questions this caused my husband and I concern, but didn't explain why he asked, and brushed off our inquires for more info.

It took a little longer in the waiting room to be seen than I anticipated (maybe 30 minutes), but otherwise everything else about my visit was great. I saw the ultrasound tech first, she explained everything well, and it took almost no time at all for the doctor to come in once her time was up. The whole visit was great.

The Dr. was very competent and explained everything well, but he wasn't very sensitive to how the information would come across to me as the pt. When I left, I felt overwhelmed and anxious.

We have always felt very well taken care of by Dr. Richards & all the other office & medical staff at MFM & the nurse midwives clinic.
