He is the one provider of the 5 I have seen the past few months that listened and actually gave me something to help. He was my saving grace. so extremely grateful for him.

Dr. Raja is always very solicitous. He listens to all my concerns & addresses all of them.

It was a follow up visit but Dr. Raja always treats me respectful & takes whatever time he feels necessary to solve the problem.

Dr. Raja filled in for Dr. [...]. He did a pretty good job, especially just filling in.

Dr. Raja always takes the time necessary to listen to my concerns, is flexible in considering medication options and adjustments, and in general conveys a caring attitude about me as a patient.

Visit was smooth, efficient and effective from call for appointment to its conclusion.

to me it seemed that he was so focused on including all pertinent information in my chart/appointment note, that he didn't have time to actually listen to me. unfortunately he was not very personable, and he came across as if he had more important things to do or that he was just getting a checklist done. I'm on healthcare though, and all I needed from him was the prescriptions. I new my disgosis and the medications I needed so I was okay that it was a short, non personable visit. but I assume most patients would be unhappy if that was their appointment.

waited over a month to get into clinic. was sent an hours worth of paper work/ questionnaires/diagnosis surveys to fill out before the appointment. paperwork stated I needed to call 48 hours before appointment to hold my spot. I called and they acted confused that I was calling to confirm appointment. then one day prior they called and left a voicemail saying I needed to verify appointment or I could loose it. when I made it to the clinic, I was given another survey. I then waited 1 hour to see doctor who met with me for 15 minutes. he asked me questions that were in the survey and appeared to not know why I was at the appointment. he did prescribe me 3 meds. than he did a little education that seemed memorized. he was saying it as fast as he could and the things he said were not patient specific and not really pertinent for me. Dr.Raja is an excellent doctor. The doctor is a listener and also will ask questions about my overall my mental status but how I handle my daily life. I feel very comfortable with his care.
