    Provider is very friendly, that is not the problem. He gives NO information as to why a decision was made and then why it was reversed. He just tells you his decisions, smiles, shakes your hand, and leave. No patient education.

    Dr. Osborn is a wonderful dr. and has been very good and helpful to me. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Osborn as my doctor.

    I asked them to renew my prescriptions. After waiting one week I called my pharmacist to find that the prescriptions had never been ordered - Very frustrating!

    Dr. Osborn was awesome. He spent time with me, talked with me about my situation and prognosis and all the different things that I needed to know. And seemed genuinely cared about my situation was and I loved it. Thank you.

    A lady had scheduled us echogram about 6 months previous and when we got there, they said that we couldn't get in. There wasn't enough room and so we went weren't able to have it, but it was not Dr. Osborn's problem. He didn't he had nothing to do with it. It was just the desk up front

    I only meet with Dr. Osborn once a year now with my pacemaker and he's very prompt. He remembers the last visit, and he's very clear and concise and helpful in his analysis. He's a good man.
