Dr. Dennis Odell is very professional & focuses on the root of the problem. He covered all the problems & was good to offer solutions.

He was very understanding and helpful to me. He answered all my questions in the way that I would understand better with my ADHD (mild) disability.

They helped me with everything by getting me in quicker to see the doctor that day.

Other than not informing me on how long we would have to wait for immunizations, it was a great visit.

The doctor and nurses are always very pleasant and we were in and out in less than an hour.

We like *Dr. Odell but he takes a lot of time off and he only works part-time so he is hard to schedule with.

I left in tears. It was a terrible experience. My son had weird symptoms that I had questions about and when I called the nurse told me to bring him in to be seen. I did and not only did I have to wait for a VERY long time, the doctor didn't give me any answers as to what could possibly be wrong. His mannerisms and tone made me fee like he thought I was just overreacting. My son had a blister, I knew it'd heal but I was told to take him in. Now I have to pay for an office visit that I didn't actually need. It was a very hard and frustrating experience.

I appreciate how he listens and doesn't act like I don't know what I'm talking about. It would be nice if he wrote down an history & reviewed it so I don't have to explain it every visit.

we had a strep throat culture done, the results were negative but we were told a longer test which is more accurate would be done and they would call me the next day with the results. We never got a call. I'm assuming it was negative too but I wish they would have called with the results!
