    waited 10 minutes in line before checking in. only one person in front of me when I walked in. A lady came in the door behind me and went around the line and straight to a receptionist who had just finished with a client. receptionist should have told lady to go to bank of line, instead spent 10 minutes with her. It would have taken less time for receptionist to check in guy infront of me and myself, and THEN help the line jumper. As Los, other receptionist helped patient checking out instead of guy in front of me. Other receptionists looked to be wondering about and ignoring waiting patients. One of them finally talked to me and very rudely said that she couldn't help me because her computer was slow. good customer service is to acknowledge patients when they walk in, look at them and say if there is a need for them to wait to be checked in. As it was I was ignored for 10 minutes, rudely spoken to and 15 minutes late for my appointment. I have almost always received good help in this office but lately the have been more met employees and they are not as professional or helpful as previous employees.
