    This visit was for an inpatient surgical procedure. My primary complaint is that after being checked in, changed into a hospital gown and taken to a room I had to wait over an hour before being taken back for the procedure. I was told once after waiting about 30 minutes that the doctor was running late, but didn't get any further updates until the doctor came to speak with me right before the procedure.
