Rachel Morano is the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. She listens carefully and doesn't seem distracted or irritated like others I've seen. You feel that she really cares when she's talking to you and not just doing it all by script or note. My highest recommendations! I drive an hour to see her.

I have been put off every time I raised the question of testing but she was open & even praised me for pushing for the correct diagnosis. "I feel like we're a team like the advocates say were supposed to be."

Dr. Morano is a very good doctor, however both receptionists are not very friendly. I would feel better if they treated others with a little more respect.

she's ALWAYS late. I have never seen her any earlier then 15 min late, and often 20. She's ALWAYS late by 15 min. one time, I had a 7:30am appointment and she was 30 minutes late. they said it was a new patient and acted annoyed at the front desk that I was annoyed. I now try to schedule for 7:00am, but she's never there on time. it's always 10-15 min late. I have a 30 min commute to work and I have to be there at 8:00. so I get a 15 min visit and billed for 30 or more. not cool.

it was a 7:00am visit and it was 7:15 when she came out to get me. then promptly at 7:30 she just got up while I was talking and walked over and opened the door and stood there.

Dr. Morano is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Morano is wonderful but the front staff is TERRIBLE. I had an urgent need (unexpected) for an appt. and when I called I was told those who schedule in advance have priority and it was my problem for not being able to get in. The call sent me to tears. WORSE STAFF. If it wasn't for Morano I would LEAVE.

She was deeply concerned for my well-being and gave me specific instructions for emergency plans and follow-up.

Couldn't ask for a better doctor. I know she cares about me and always includes me in my health decisions.
