    Scheduling visits with this office/department is difficult. The wait times for an appointment are very high. I was pleased with the service once I received it though.

    dr. Merrill was very personable, and listen to me and discussed My Healthcare to come to solution that works best for me, not just what he wanted to impose on me. I appreciated his approach and felt very comfortable with him

    I would like to know my lab results. Dr. Merrill likely delegated this to someone but it didn't get done.

    Went for a major problem, but because the doctor never even reviewed my records until we were in the room with him. Very disappointing we didn't live in the valley! Acted like he was in a hurry to move us through as fast as he could. Didn't really take the time to listen or hear what I had to say.

    When I finally got in to see the doctor I was very happy with them - He was very professional, kind, and interested and was VERY knowledgeable. He is busy & hard to get an appointment.
