I was not sure of what the problem with my shoulder was when I left. It's not feeling much better.

Everyone was accommodating, helpful and friendly. My experience was positive and I will utilize this facility for future needs.

Dr. May was very pleasant and understanding. I saw him on short notice for a foot injury, but I plan to see him for other issues as well.

The MA was the only good thing about this visit. He was very kind! Although the brace he gave me was too big and I can't really use it... Bummer!! Todd May quite possibly provided the worst service I've ever had at a doctor or specialist. When Dr. May walked into the room, it was like I'd already been dismissed. He did a few minor examinations on my knee, but really didn't spend time with me, hardly answered questions I had and practically dismissed my concerns for an MRI. He didn't even look far enough back in my records (2016) to see I had ligament issues with the same knee... Yet the MA already had that info. I know that my knee injury is certainly not the worst he's seen, but to the patient it's their biggest concern and he certainly didn't validate that. He fought me on an MRI stating he didn't believe in them due to his military background, talking to me in such a condescending way that he actually made me cry... when that happened his response was sarcastically, "Oh you're the second female I've made cry today." Then rambled about his wife and daughters.... Can't say I blame the other female he made cry if I had to live with him. He FINALLY agreed to order an MRI to make me feel betyer, but didn't rush it by any means. I had to wait for almost 3 hours before my imaging was completed. While waiting for my MRI I called several other docs and scheduled a second opinion elsewhere. Although the MRI could have probably waited, I wanted for my own peace of mind. He called with results sooner than I had anticipated and let me know nothing major was injured. PHEW! I saw a second doctor and he reviewed my MRI as well. I will be continuing to rehab my knee through Dr. [...]. I will never see Dr. May (or probably anyone at the Layton clinic) again.

Super bad, they had no answers for me. Then I had to go all the way to a different clinic for blood tests they ordered it took over 3 hours long.

Excellent treatment - very professional, and expertise was amazing.

Very good experience. Took time and explained everything and gave me options.

I do not feel that my doctor asked me enough questions to know about my condition, how I was feeling, or my pain. I do not feel that I was given detailed instructions of what to do or not to do.

    Excellent.

the care provider was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough with helping me with my injury.

I am obese, & that has probably caused my knee problems. However, Dr. May proceeded to talk about all the diet plans for the past many years & that now the way to lose weight is to not eat anything that is white - especially sugar. "Don't put anything "white" in your mouth." I know all of this info, & IT's NOT NEW TO ME.

He was a very nice person but I didn't feel like he was very knowledgeable about current medical procedures and total knees replacements.

Good experience - gave me hope for the future.
