Dr helped me to solve a chronic problem. I am very happy with the results so far

    Experienced on May 29, 2019

Absolutely awful experience. Dr. Keyser was curt, gruff and had atrocious bedside manner. Didn't even listen to my primary concerns which lead to me needing to schedule an appointment with a different provider out of my insurance network. Didn't even give me a verbal diagnosis or any information about my conditions. I had to look up the diagnoses he entered into my records on the myHealth app.

Would never use this provider again, nor would I recommend him to anyone seeking similar services.

Dr. Keyer was OK. His assistant that did a test on my Vertigo - I was very impressed with him the first time & second to get crystals in ears settled.

I WILL NOT SEE OR USE HIM AGAIN.

I've had a history of mistreatment through the VA system. the treatment and dignity I was treated to by all staff at budge clinic has left me stunned by the comparison. I've never had a doctor and his staff behave so professionally and respectfully towards me as a patient. thanks for the help and comfort.

the doctor would ask my son a question and get annoyed that my son was not answering it fast enough by cutting him off mid sentence and saying things like "come on this isn't that difficult of a question" or "this isn't a college question, this is an elementary question" or "that's what was so hard for you to say?". I have never seen a doctor treat a child in this manner before and I was disgusted by the lack of respect he had towards my son, he wanted my son to answer his questions in a split second and didn't want to deal with taking the time to wait and listen, which is ironic that we waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room for him and he couldn't handle waiting a few extra seconds for my son to answer his questions. I will never go back to him, I would rather drive down to Salt Lake and see ENT's that we had while living in the Salt Lake area. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!

the doctor was worth waiting for, but my appointment was over an hour behind schedule, and it was almost a month before I could get an appointment to see him

Dr. Keyser and his staff are the epitome of medical professionalism. They have helped me immensely through the thyroidectomy and post surgery. They are THE GREATEST.

    Excellent care.

he knows his stuff and I trust him, he's just so harsh, a little scary with the kids

My mom tried to talk about some history that might be helpful and the doctor just cut me off. Everytime my mom tried to say something he just started talking over her. She actually said she had taken my brother in to him and remembered why she did not like keyser. If it was not asked by him, then it was not listened to. I understand that doctors try to keep on schedule but, my mom was trying to provide some info that might help and he would not listen. He was our only option for our insurance and would choose to never see him again, not personable at all. Actually, I would say he really did not care and was rude.

treated well & will be returning

Dr. Keyser seemed rushed, which left me feeling as if he wasn't very invested in me.

Staff was great, appreciated being squeezed in, got my baby what he needed, but bedside manner left something to be desired.
