    Provider knew all the details of my condition from past visits. I did not need to provide refresher information. Provider answered all questions, very professional, but also expressed interest/concern for "our" success. IT is a very cooperative process between me and him.

    I felt a little rushed. Dr. Katz even stood up to walk me to the door - meaning he was done and needed to get to his next appointment.

    Dr. Katz is a ENT specialist. I really appreciate that he took time to explain why my doctor referred me to him. He helped me understand lab tests and possible results. I trust him.

    seemed anxious and high strung. seemed in a big hurray to get out of room, Didn't listen to what I had to say, told me to continue with the medicine his PA had prescribed abut a week earlier, (he had the medication all wrong) then told me a possible cause of my problem and had the nurse rush me across the hall for a hearing test. it was a big waste of time that cost me a $50 Co pay.

    Everyone I came in contact with was very polite and clear in what info they needed from me. Dr. Katz was clear and spoke in layman language when answering any questions I had.

    I have never been to a more arrogant and rude doctor in my 43 years on earth. I was diagnosed with an ear infection by 2 different doctors and D. Katz said those 2 doctors must not have known what they were looking at. I got an ear infection without a cold and he told me this was rare and probably not what happened to me. Chalked it up to TMJ. I told him I can still hear fluid behind as I hear bubbling and he dismissed me and didn't rum the test. Basically, he called me crazy along with the 2 independent doctors, my PCP and a doctor at Instacare. The appointment was a waste of my time and money. I have never disliked a doctor or taken the time to write a bad review but feel this is necessary and warranted. Two giant thumbs down.
