Dr. was concerned for my health and safety due to COVID-19. Worked quickly with me to minimize my time in office & waiting room.

I have referred all of my family members to Dr. Jorgensen & none of them came back complaining.

    He's amazing, caring & listens.

Wait time is a bit too long. We waited more than 30 minutes just to be taken in the back, & had to wait another 15 minutes to see the dr. So that basically gives us 10-15 minutes with the dr.

I love Dr. Jorgensen. His manners & concern towards his patients are exceptional. His nurses need to be on top of patient requests, such as I had to seek out on numerous occasion to have my CPAP order completed.

He's fine. He's sympathetic to issues, but can only do what the insurance will allow.

it was very efficient and fast

Went in to get recommendation for home sleep apnea kit. The dr. did not order it. I called twice & left messages. No one returned my call until the 3rd time I called. Then they ordered an in-clinic sleep eval even though I said I can't afford that & THEN they ordered a home kit.

Wait time was/is extremely long and receptionists do not give very much attention to patients.

    Experienced on Dec 13, 2018

The reception girls at the front need to stop taking so much and so loud. They need to pay more attention to the patients. And not each other.

    Experienced on Dec 13, 2018

Up front girls stop talking so much.
