    I very much appreciate Dr. Johnson's "evidence based" approach to providing information and recommendations for care.

    I left the appointment very well informed and felt that I understood the diagnosis. I was told that Dr. Johnson and [...] the PT would visit with the surgeon Dr. [...] and get back with me. I never heard back from the office. I waited for a week beyond the day I was informed i would be contacted and called the office. the office staff found my chart and read to me the notes from the meeting. what the notes said did not follow anything I had been told at the exam and I am now left wondering what changed. would like to have heard from the PT or Dr. Johnson for clarification.

    I had difficulty scheduling the appt. I called twice during normal business hours, got voicemail and asked to be called back to schedule an appt. no one ever did call me back to schedule. Once I was actually seen, it was a good visit.

    wonderful visit. I arrived early and was taken back to the exam room well before my appointment time. the doctor talked at length about treatment options and gave me lots of info. I was out of the clinic in good time

    Dr. Johnson ignored what I had to say about my health concerns, interrupted me while I was attempting to give him more information, and was pretty cavalier about it. He was rude and made no attempt to truly gather information before ordering invasive procedures and hip xrays. He even went as far as laughing at my condition/symptoms. IHC should be ashamed of this employee. It was the worst visit with a doctor I've ever had.

    When Dr. Johnson was explaining the problem with my knee he used medical terms that I did not understand. I felt that he was in a hurry so I didn't take time to ask him to explain.

    The increase in wait time was due to Dr. Johnson making every effort to coordinate services and accommodate our issues with travel. We feel like he and his assistance were the best providers possible.

    I respect Dr. Scott Johnson and his expertise, but he gave me a simple explanation to the test outcome. Perhaps I will understand more when I speak to the head surgeon. I am extremely concerned that my personal information was incorrect on "My Health" website. I have called (yesterday) the office to correct the post, but they have not yet responded to me.

    [...] I had to wait 2 months to get in and it took at least 2 wks or more to even schedule. Referred for back pain. Provider has no cancellation or wait list to be seen sooner. However, once I actually had the appt. everyone was great!
