Both provider and nurse apologized for the delay to see me promptly (while in the room) [...]. Waiting time was very long. Nurse was very sorry I had to wait long. I accepted their apology and gave them the benefit of the doubt.

The wait in the lobby was almost an hour before I was called back to see Dr. Hammon. I was not informed as to the delay in his schedule by a staff member, but I was not concerned about the length of delay as I was very eager to hear his opinion.

    Experienced on Mar 11, 2019

Dr. Hammon, very knowledgeable, capable, experienced, friendly, concerned. Discussed all options and potential results of each scenario. I felt understood, my concerns and feelings were addressed in a very professional, competent and friendly manner.

We ALWAYS get good care at TOSH. A doctor in Provo saw my wrist and recommended surgery. But Dr. Hammon was more thorough and pointed out on the x-rays what my real problem was. He talked with me about caring for myself in a way that might help me avoid surgery, and in just a few days, my wrist was feeling much better.

I really like going to Doc Hammon. He always takes time to answer your questions.

the dr and his staff all called me my first name and were very friendly. I was nervous to there because I knew we were going to discuss possible surgery and everyone made me feel better!

    Experienced on Jan 07, 2019

Dr. did not know what was causing my problem. Said if it got worse to call back.
