    dr Dickson was very easy to talk to, was very pleasant, kind, and attentive. I really appreciated how he was very knowledgeable but was humble and did not act cocky or arrogant and never made me feel like anything I said or asked was stupid. he was a perfect 10.

    Dr. Dickson seems like a competent provider, but everything to do with getting my allergy care has been one dropped ball after another. I had been on maintenance doses for two months when the clinic administering my shots informed me that my vials had expired. I immediately contacted Dr. Dickson's office and was told that new vials could not be processed without an office visit. They kindly scheduled the visit for a time they would be available in my home town [...] but failed to tell me or to register for themselves that the visit date would put me so delayed in my care that I would have to redo several months of shots.

    During my most recent visits, I was once again told that I'd need to redo several months worth of shots. While I do understand the provider's concern for my health, I am frustrated by setbacks they could have avoided the first time by keeping track of patients' expiration dates or minding potential gaps in service. I am also extremely frustrated by the ever-expanding out-of-pocket expense for a service I now have to pay for three times.

    Dr. Dickson listened to my concerns and helped identify things to test for, and let me be somewhat in control of the test. I felt like he and the nurse listened to my concerns and information, as a first time client, with professionalism and respect.
