Dr. Dawis is the best psychiatrist I have ever had! He listens so carefully and thoroughly, and will ask multiple times if I have said all I need to or need to talk about anything else or have questions. He is extremely caring about his patients.

Great experience. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Dawis and making plans to reach my goals and he advises me on other things than just my medications. Very helpful doctor and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Dawis is fantastic. Very professional, but you can tell he is invested in your care and likes seeing the improvement I've made under his care. A lot of psychiatrists seem like they are getting you the in and out for a check up like its the same as checking out a knee or something physical, and send you to the psychologist/counselors to talk about anything besides meds. I know their job doesn't permit for an hour long therapy session each time, but it feels like he listens and asked about everything, not just how are the meds like I've seen at lot in the past.

I am well educated & the doc didn't talk down to me which I appreciate. Dr. Dawis is wonderful.

One of the best providers I've had the fortune of seeking care from.

Dr. Dawis has been very patient and observant with me. He is a very smart practical man and I appreciate how professional he is with prescribing medications and really does look for best treatment for his patients from observing all he can. I've seen some doctors who will give patients exactly what they want, with Dr. Dawis I thought I knew what I needed but he was careful and observed and collected information and made a very good decision on medication that ended up helping me personally change my life for the better.

just judging off this one visit he seems reasonable and helpful.

Best Psychiatrist I have ever had, and I have had a few. However, he has prescribed me the wrong dosage of medication, or wrong type, (based on what we discussed in session or what I had been on prior) twice now... It's very frustrating.. He prescribed me meds that said to take one instead of the two we had discussed in session. I took the two and ran out halfway through. Then he prescribed the regular pill on another med instead of extended release. That is two mistakes within 3 months. He has also said certain things in session regarding my meds that I have had to correct him on because it was inaccurate. Even though he is the nicest, most intelligent, and concerned psychiatrist I have had; attention to medication detail could be the difference between life and death. I will give him another shot, otherwise I need to find another psychiatrist...

I feel that Dr. Dawis is the best psychiatrist that I've seen and I've seen four others. I would give him an A + and the best thing I like about Dr. Dawis is how he listens. I don't think he ever interrupted me. He listened and listened. That's paramount for what I had going on. His office is great. His demeanor is great. I was really impressed and look forward to some continued healthcare with Dr. Dawis. Thanks.

He seems to go more by book teaching than by self confidence. So you're wondering how much will this gentleman be able to help you.
