    it was a disappointing visit.while holding the previous test results he's telling me he needs to talk to who did the tests. it was the same office and he made no effoert to contact her. she was most likely working right then. i explained i had had previous treatment, he wanted the report. i told him the business is no longer on business but I wpuld track them down tnroigh a [...] dr's office. He left me with no follow-up instructions for a next appointment. I co tacted a previous dr's and they sent a copy of the repost to Dr Adams office. I jave not heard from the [...] clinic since.

    I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I left a message with the office at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning, and received a call back about 8:20 a.m., and had an appointment for 10:00 a.m.

    I have felt like I have had to guide my care w/this dr. He doesn't seem to communicate w/other relevant providers I am seeing.

    Referring hospital did NOT provide images (CT, MRI, ultrasound, echo cardiogram) for Dr. Adam's review during my visit. He explained info in the faxed radiology report... not Dr. Adams' fault.
