Pan-Fried Cinnamon Bananas
Toss your bananas into the skillet for a healthy, yet delicious treat.

Ingredients
2 bananas, slightly overripe
2 tbsp. sugar or granulated Splenda
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice bananas into rounds, approximately 1/3 inch thick.
2. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
3. Lightly spray a large skillet with nonstick oil spray. Warm skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the banana rounds to the skillet and sprinkle ½ of the cinnamon mixture on top.
5. Cook for about 2 to 5 minutes.
6. Flip the rounds and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixture.
7. Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the bananas are soft and warmed thoroughly.
