Healthy Garlic Lemon Baked Tilapia

In just 20 minutes, enjoy a healthy meal full of garlic and lemon flavor.

4 tilapia filets

Kosher salt

Pepper to taste

5 tbsp. butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Juice and zest from ½ a lemon

1 lemon, sliced into rounds, optional

Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 400°.

2. Season tilapias with salt and pepper then place on a small baking sheet.

3. Mix together butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Once mixed, pour over tilapias.

4. Place lemon rounds on top and around the tilapias on the baking sheet.

5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish is tender.
