Fall Harvest Chopped Salad
Get a healthy dose of fruits with a pinch of fall flavors in this easy-to-make chopped salad.

Ingredients
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 large heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 small green apple, diced
1 small red apple, diced
¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds
¼ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
1. Whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard to make the dressing.
2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, apples, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and feta cheese.
3. Divide into bowls and drizzle with dressing.
4. Enjoy!
