Aging is inevitable, regardless if we like it or not. So, how can we be more comfortable in our aging skin? These 5 practices can help you age gracefully.

Aging is inevitable, regardless if we like it or not. So, how can we be more comfortable in our aging skin? These 5 practices can help you age gracefully:

1. Move more

Regular exercise slows down cell aging, reduces stress, keeps your skin glowing, boosts your metabolism, and much more!1

2. Stay social

Maintaining good relationships and laughing with friends and family can improve your quality of life and help you live longer.2

3. Eat well

Drinking enough water and eating fruits, veggies, nuts, and whole grains keeps your body running smoothly and can clear your skin.3

4. Sleep soundly

Aim for seven to nine hours of sleep each night. Ample sleep may improve mood and may prevent, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.4

5. Slather the Sunscreen

Always. Use. Sunscreen. Sunscreen prevents premature wrinkles and more importantly, skin cancer. Aim for at least SPF 30 every day.5
