Turmeric Ginger Tea

Made with natural ingredients, this flavorful tea will warm you up and may even provide anti-inflammatory benefits.

Tumeric tea recipe

Prep time: 1 minute
Cooking time: 4 minutes
Servings: 1


1 ½ inch turmeric root, cut into small pieces
1 ½ ginger root, cut into small pieces
3-4 slices of lemon, more for serving
4 cups of filtered water
Honey, optional


1. Place turmeric, ginger, and lemon slices in a small saucepan. Pour in the water.
2. Bring it to a boil. Strain liquid before serving. Serve with lemon slice and honey, if desired.
