Trail Mix

Make a batch of this to have on hand for the week for after working out or as a great mid-day snack.

Recipe for trail mix with dried nuts and fruit with chocolate chips

 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Makes 5 ¼ cup servings

 

Ingredients

¼ cup raw unsalted almonds

¼ cup raw unsalted cashews

¼ cup cranberries

¼ cup unsalted sunflower seeds

¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients into a large bag and shake.

2. Place ¼ cup servings into individual bags or store in air-tight container.

Nutrition Facts (per serving): Calories: 170; Carbohydrates: 15 grams; Fat: 12 grams; Protein: 4 grams; Sodium: 0 mg; Fiber: 2 grams
