Eat: Black bean burgers

Instead of: Beef burger

Why? Black bean burgers still offer the delicious flavor and texture of burgers, but with less saturated fat.

Eat: Mashed butternut squash

Instead of: Mashed potatoes

Why? The flavor of the sweet butternut squash lets you cut back on butter without sacrificing taste. You also get those awesome nutrients that come in squash.

Eat: Cauliflower rice

Instead of: White rice

Why? Cauliflower rice is trendy right now, because it offers great nutrients without noticing the difference. Combine this with some delicious stir fry and you’ll have a great meal.
