Dark Chocolate Chickpea Brownies
Chickpeas in brownies, are we crazy? It might sound that way, but we think you’ll like this healthier take on one of our favorite desserts using chickpeas and coconut milk. Did we mention they’re gluten-free?

- canned coconut milk
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper (or lightly oil it).
- Add all ingredients for the brownies to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 24 to 26 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool at least 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
*You can use instant coffee, or omit this ingredient altogether.
